Use of gifts.  Gifts given to Cross Border Civilians Foundation will provide aid for the benefit of civilians seeking to survive and escape from the war in Ukraine.  We carefully match these gifts with recipients who have the highest level of need.  The number of gifts received and/or designated for a particular use or program sometimes exceeds what is needed by the recipients designated for that use or program.  In such a circumstance, Cross Border Civilians Foundation would redirect your donation to similar activities or circumstances of need.
